Come set a spell.* That’s what back porches are for — relaxing, talking, enjoying a glass of iced tea.

I’ll be blogging here about farm life, married life, Mom life, Gigi life, running businesses, home-schooling, caregiving, books I’m writing, and the many other roles I’ve experienced over the years. Maybe I’ll even share something that will help you or someone you know. That would be outstanding, especially if my experience-sharing will save you some trouble or add to your joy. I hope that you will share about your life and experiences with me. There are so many opportunities to learn from and encourage each other.

All I do is undergirded by my faith in Jesus Christ. It is my desire to pass that faith on through telling what God has done for me. I’m not a great speaker, but hope that my communicating through the written word will encourage others to seek a personal relationship with Jesus. For those who already know him, I covet your prayers and hope my words will be a blessing to you.

Anywho, I’m glad you’re here. I’ve started to get serious about my writing, and what’s writing without readers? It’s an honor that you would take some time from your busy schedule to read me. Let me know what you think.
